We have developed our own in-house insurance plan if you feel this will fit your lifestyle and needs. Monthly premiums are paid on a monthly basis. Per year, the adult plan will entitle you to 1-2 exams, 2 cleanings, and one set of films, and all other procedures (including cosmetics & implants) will be discounted 15% without any maximums (some exclusions apply).
